Can you embroider my logo?

Yes absolutely!
As long as you are the owner of your logo then I can embroider it on any of my products.
I can set the file up so that I can use it to embroider your products. My Set up fee is $20 which is a one off fee.

Do you set up the embroidery file?

Yes I set up all embroidery files myself.
I do not use third party digitizers or auto trace software.
I have been manually digitizing files for 15yrs.

How long will my order take?

If you have purchased one of my 'Ready to post' products before 12pm on a business day I will send same day. If purchased after 12pm I will post next business day.

If you have purchased one of my custom made/ embroidered products there is a minimum 2 week wait whilst I create your order. If your order is going to take a little longer due to a large amount of orders prior to your order I will contact you via email and let you know.

When do you post?

I post everyday Monday to Friday.
I use Australia post Standard Shipping for all of my products.
Each order will receive a post confirmation via  email and provide you with your tracking number.
Didn't receive your tracking number email? Please check the email you used to purchase and check your junk/spam folder.

What are your Shipping Rates?

I charge what Australia post charges with very minimal packaging costs.
As of the 1st July 2023 Australia Post raised their prices for shipping.
Currently my prices are:
$11.00 for orders up to 500g
$14.00 for orders up to 3kg
$18.00 for orders up to 5kg

Prices are based on weight of goods combined.
I  do not hide costs of shipping in my products :)

Do you send Express post?

Yes I can.
But if you need your order asap please let me know prior to purchasing by contacting me via my Contact us page.
I will be able to let you know if I can rush it through for you ( ie for a competition) and send it via Express. There is no point offering Express shipping in my store as an option if I am unable to rush your order.

What payments are available?

I take Shopify Pay, Credit card, Paypal, Bank Deposit and Zip.


How do I pay via Bank Deposit?

Unfortunately at this stage it is not an automated payment and needs to be done manually. You must log in to your Bank account to finalize payment.

Place your items to be purchased into your cart.
Proceed through Checkout and when prompted choose Bank Deposit as your preferred payment.
Your order will be placed but is pending until you log into your bank app, and using the provided bank details; complete your payment.
Please keep your receipt of payment from your Bank app...either save the receipt to your phone/computer or take a screenshot.
Payment is captured once the funds are in the account and your order will continue to be processed and go on to be dispatched.

I need my Bridle numbers for a competition...can I let you know?

Yes you can.
In my listings for embroidered Bridle numbers I have drop down menus that will allow you to pop in your comp date.
I do my best to get your bridle numbers to you by your comp date.

I need my Embroidered Bridle Numbers asap...is that possible?

I am happy to do a rush order but only if you contact me first. I will need to check my current orders to see if I can fit in your embroidered numbers to get them in time.
But I do prefer you order with at a minimum 2-3 weeks prior to your comp.

Do you do large orders for clubs?

Yes I do.
I love to create products for clubs. For presentation days, end of year awards and competition prizes.
I can provide saddle pads with your club logos, Rugs, Stirrup Bumpers with club colours. Contact me to discuss your requirements.

Do you embroider shirts, jumpers or jackets?

Yes, yes and yes!
I started my embroidery machinist career working in a uniform store 25yrs ago doing just that.

No I don't.

Just pop the colour you would like your embroidery to created in and I am sure to have it :)
