Shipping policy
I endeavor to post orders out in the current turnaround times but this may not always be possible. If this happens I will notify the customer of the delay and the new estimated shipping time. Please see current turnaround times on the home page. Most times it is a minimum 2 week wait time for products to be created for you depending on size of order.
However if you need a rush order in time for a competition or gift please let me know and I will see if I can work that in for you to enable you to receive your order in a quick turnaround.
Because my products are all made to order and custom made/ embroidered fulfillment times might be impacted from time to time. I am a one woman business so I do everything myself. However I will do my upmost best to get your order to you in a timely manner and happy to answer all enquiries promptly and honestly.
My 'Ready to post' items will be shipped same day if purchased prior to 12pm or next business day.
Please note I am shipping from Singleton, NSW.
I post Monday to Friday.
I use Australia post and currently all shipping includes a tracking number.
I ship all products using standard shipping and shipping time is determined by Australia post. But please allow for up to 5 days shipping time within Australia and up to 1.5 weeks to Western Australia.
If you would like to use Express post please message me to discuss current turnaround times to make sure Express post is available. Please allow 2 to 3 days shipping time within Australia and 4 days to Western Australia.

Once I have posted the order I will send a notification of the tracking number by email to the customer. Please check junk/spam folders of your email if you do not receive a notification as due to some email settings the email can fall into these folders.
I pack each order with care and the appropriate packing materials to ensure the products make it to my customers intact. However once posted and it has left my hands and all responsibility is with Australia post.
