Jess is the owner/operator of Diamond Park Performance horses.

She lives and breathes the Thoroughbred racing and OTTB industry and is a registered Victorian OTTB Retrainer.

Jess works in the racing industry alongside her partner Pat of Pat Starr Racing, Breaking and Pretraining. Pat and Jess train their horses responsibly not only for the track but also for the career they take on afterwards. They incorporate dressage into their training which then builds a strong foundation for Jess to continue their training and transition them to their new careers in the show ring, jump arena or even pony club. Both Jess and Pat are a great support to those who take on their horses and are always available for questions...Jess loves to stay in contact with all her owners.
Her 'graduates' are the unicorns of the horse world and if you lucky enough to own one they will forever be part of your family.
Jess is currently in the Show ring campaigning her beautiful OTTB gelding Diamond Park Oasis ( Winston). This stunning team has many accomplishments under their belt including a huge win at the 2024 SHCV Gala and Showdown Supreme Led thoroughbred.
We have been following Jess and Winston for many years now and are super excited for them to be part of The Equine Tailor team.
