Refund policy
Refunds and exchanges-
I am happy to refund or exchange on products if they are faulty or if I have sent you the wrong item ie colour ,size etc.
However if you ordered a product and on receiving that product realise you ordered the incorrect item and it is NOT a custom order then please understand that you will be responsible for postage for the item to be sent back to me. If I am replacing it with the item you originally wanted to order you are responsible for postage of that new item to you and any monies owing if there is a difference in the price of that item.
BUT
I must be contacted within 5 days of receiving the item and then return the item within 14 days of receiving the item in an unused condition in its original packaging.
Custom orders that are special orders ...as specified on the invoice... will not be refunded or exchanged.
Please be aware if I have to order in specific fabric etc I cannot refund or exchange because you changed your mind.
I do not accept returns or exchanges on any of my personalized/ custom embroidered products.
